1. Refund Eligibility & Process
We offer a 7-day refund policy under specific conditions. Refunds are only considered after discussing with our support team at support@petsaviour.com. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide clear photos and videos showing the issue with the product.
A live video verification may be required.
If approved, we will issue either a replacement or refund, based on the situation.
Failure to follow these steps will result in a denied refund request.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Orders that have already been placed and are in transit cannot be canceled or refunded, as we offer free shipping and bear the shipping costs.
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package, no refund will be issued.
Change of mind or personal preferences after the order has been placed does not qualify for a refund.
Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or courier issues are beyond our control and do not warrant a refund. Shipping delays will not be covered under refunds, as they are not within our control. However, you can discuss your concerns with our support team, and they will investigate your order and provide a solution or new tracking information.
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or external factors is not covered.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide:
Clear photos and videos showing the damage or defect.
A live video call with our customer care team may be required for verification.
After reviewing the evidence, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement: A new item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refund: If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
If a product is reported as defective or damaged after 7 days of delivery, no refund or replacement will be provided.
4. Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is required for refund processing.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, PetSaviour will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item (if required).
5. Agreement to Refund Policy
By placing an order on PetSaviour, you acknowledge and agree to these refund policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms before making a purchase.
